Responsible for other temporarily tasks 負責其他臨時分配的相關工作 –Requirements ● Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. 電氣工程、機械工程、自動化或相關專業的本科及以上學歷 ● 2+ years of relevant work experience in the production process of ring main units (RMUs) or high/low-voltage switchgear. 2年以上環網柜或高低壓開關柜生產工藝相關工作經驗 ● Familiar with the structure, materials, and production processes of RMU 熟悉環網柜的結構、材料及生產工藝流程。 ● Familiar with design software such as CAD, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD 掌握CAD、SolidWorks、AutoCAD等設計軟件。 ● Familiar with quality management tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 6Sigma) 熟悉質量管理工具（如SPC、FMEA、6Sigma等）。 ● Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use tools like Excel and Minitab for data analysis 具備良好的數據分析能力，能夠使用Excel、Minitab等工具進行數據分析。 ● Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principle 了解精益生產（Lean Manufacturing）和持續改進（Kaizen）理念 ● Familiar with industry standards related to RMUs (e.g., IEC 62271, GB 3906) 熟悉環網柜相關行業標準（如IEC 62271、GB 3906等）。 ● Knowledge of key components of RMUs (e.g., load switches, fuses, busbars) and their production processes 了解環網柜的關鍵部件（如負荷開關、熔斷器、母線等）及其生產工藝 ● Fluent English in reading and writing 流利的英語讀寫能力 ● Good communication, execution and teamwork skills 良好的溝通、執行力及團隊工作技巧 ● Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking 具有較強的解決問題能力和創新思維。 ● Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment 能夠承受工作壓力，適應快節奏的工作環境
