Job PurposeWe are seeking a Solution Consultant to strengthen TCE's end-to-end consulting capabilities, with a primary focus on project management, project delivery, and client engagement. This role bridges the gap between technical solution design and successful project execution, ensuring that complex consulting and information projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDO?Project Management: & Delivery Coordinate internal team resources to ensure timely project completion manage project budgets and schedules conduct risk assessment and problem resolution.?Client Engagement & Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal company teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.?Solution Enablement & Quality Assurance: Ensure technical service quality meets established standards and client expectations.?Relationship Management: Maintain long-term customer relationships and enhance overall customer satisf****.?Secure Foundation for RA Solutions: Ensure RA solutions are deployed in compliant, hardened environments, addressing clients' growing demands for secure OT/IT convergence, information solutions, and cyber-resilient smart factories. Core Competencies?Strong project management experience with proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects.?Experience in consulting projects and information system implementation.?Excellent communication and presentation skills.?Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.Technical Knowledge?Familiarity with information solutions and consulting methodologies.?High level of expertise and knowledge in main industry.?Proactive and efficient, with strong learning and problem-solving abilities.?Strong writing and documentation skills.?Ability to work under pressure. ?Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant project experience in consulting or information system implementation.?Experience in bidding, application, management, and execution of related projects is preferred.?Preferred certification, e.g., PMP, TOGAF, Smart Manufacturing Maturity Analyst, or equivalent.
